All staff employed to work within The SCOLLAR Trust will have access to training programmes and development activities that will enable them to carry out their role to the maximum benefit of the young people with whom they will be engaged.

Team conference 28-30 September 2005

In the true spirit of SCOLLAR's creative and imaginative way of working, the SCOLLAR team undertook an in-depth residential conference in September 2005. The difference.....most of it was on a beach in Spain!

The full team of SCOLLAR staff worked together for three days in September to:

- Get to know each other and find out about the different projects and initiatives they are involved in
- Develop clarity about the ethos and aims of SCOLLAR; and
- Take time to reflect on strengths and weaknesses and improve what we are trying to do.
