Frank Hartle
Frank Hartle is a Senior Director of the Hay Group, currently based in the Hay Group London office.

He has deep expertise and wide experience in designing and implementing programmes for Leadership Development, Talent Management and Performance Management in most sectors. Also he is an executive coach to senior and middle managers. Recently he returned to the UK after helping to set up a consultancy business in India for the Hay Group.

Frank’s current role is to direct the Leadership Development, Talent Management and Capability Assessment practice.

His current interests include the workings of the learning brain and how advances in neuroscience may contribute to the ways we teach children in the classroom. His personal interests include Chinese calligraphy, rugby and very recently obtaining his RYA Sailing Level 1 Certificate, and of course all things geographical!
